TJ Halliday is a certified yoga teacher currently completing a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology + Mind Body Connection at Columbia University. 

Her studies focus on evidence-based emotion regulation skills that support recovery in trauma populations. Utilizing a body-based approach, TJ leads emotional wellness workshops which address mood disorders such as anxiety and depression, along with ways to build resiliency. TJ is also an advocate for women's mental health and works with Pre- and Post-Natal populations through yoga and mindfulness practices. She has advanced certifications in Prenatal Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Yoga for Labor + Delivery.
