The transition to motherhood deeply impacts how we feel in our bodies, which can be a difficult experience to navigate. In this group, we will experiment with mindful movement and breath work practices that are designed specifically for emotion regulation and distress tolerance. Learn how to use information from the body to re-pattern negative feedback loops and how to make choices that support your own healing and self-transformation.

Instructor Bios: TJ Halliday

TJ Halliday is a certified yoga teacher with a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Columbia University.
Her work is concentrated on mind-body science and its implications for trauma populations and emotional well-being. She currently leads yoga-based workshops and gentle flow classes that address mental health issues.She has advanced certifications in Prenatal Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga for Labor + Delivery, and the Trauma-Conscious Yoga Method.
