The transition to parenthood is difficult for moms and partners. While many new and expecting moms struggle from perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs) otherwise known as postpartum depression - partners do too. If mom is suffering and you are trying to support her through it – this is a great opportunity to meet other partners having a similar experience.
