I DREAM OF SLEEP
A four week infant sleep program delivered by our sleep expert, Dr. Natalie Barnett. Learn how to set up your baby's sleep environment for the best sleep, understand the science of infant sleep, and troubleshoot all of your sleep problems. Other areas that will be covered: how and when to expect sleep independence from your baby, how to navigate daytime feeding and sleeping schedules, and how to choose a sleep training method that's right for you. Also get tips on getting your own sleep under control.

New Mom's Postpartum Depression and Anxiety Support Group
Transitioning to parenthood is difficult for every new mother, but for some it can bring along feelings of depression and/or anxiety. At least 20% of all new mothers suffer from postpartum depression and/or anxiety, and sometimes the best medicine for feeling better is being around other moms that are struggling just like you.

Ready to Parent
This 4 week course designed by an interdisciplinary team of doctors for expectant couples delivers the comprehensive knowledge base for embracing your new baby. Topics include: labor and delivery, your baby's first exam, breastfeeding, navigating parenthood, neurodevelopmental milestones, attachment and bonding, healthy sleep habits, postpartum health, and being a new father and infant CPR and safety.
Price: $850 for the package / $225 for individual classes

For expectant parents who want a no-frills childbirth class in a nutshell. The focus will be on: signs and stages of labor, pain management techniques (breathing, relaxation, position choices, massage, pressure points, hydrotherapy, aromatherapy, and vocalization), pain medication option, understanding medical support or interventions and induction, and cesarean birth and prevention.

LGBTQ+ Childbirth Class (for LGBTQ+ and Gender Non-Conforming Parents and Families)
This is a specifically designed class for LBBTQ+ parents-to-be who want to discuss issues like non-birth-parent adoption; building chosen families; talking to hospital staff about gender; and chest-feeding. This class also includes a wide range of topics from signs, stages, and emotional signposts of labor, labor support options, to pain medication options and more via a blend of lecture, video, demonstration, and practice. It's also a space to create community with other LGBTQ+ and gender-nonconforming expectant parents.

Weekend Childbirth Intensive
This class will be a blend of lecture, video, demonstration and practice and will include, but not be limited to: Gestation and Anatomy, Preparing your Body and How to Adapt to Its Changes, Signs, Stages and Emotional Signposts of Labor, Pain Management Techniques, Understanding Evidence-Based Care, Birth Preference Sheets (Birth Plans), Pain Medication Options, Labor Support (who should be at your birth), Understanding Medical Support (Interventions) and Induction, Cesarean Birth and Prevention and Postpartum Health.

Infant CPR and Safety
Common Sense CPR prides itself in teaching the most up-to-date protocols in the field of CPR of both the American Heart Association and The American Red Cross. As one of the premier companies offering CPR classes and training in New York City, Common Sense CPR believes that the best way to learn CPR is through understanding the methodology. In order to achieve this, their classes are structured along a 1:1 student to mannequin ration in their workshops combined with layered learning.

Breastfeeding & Newborn Care Class
This a combined breastfeeding and newborn care class which will help new families to become familiar with the basics of feeding your infant and how to care for your infant in the first 6 weeks after birth. Partners encouraged to attend! Take this class before you have the baby.
Topics covered will include:
- How to get breastfeeding off to the best start
- How to help your infant latch-on and correct positioning
- How to know if the baby is getting enough milk
- How to avoid common breastfeeding problems and when to call a specialist
- Understanding normal infant behavior, communication, appearance and sleep patterns
- Understanding common newborn procedures in the hospital
- Understanding the basics of diapering, cord care, bathing, and assessment of your baby
- Understanding postpartum adjustment for the whole family
- Newborn warning signs

Cesarean Birth Preparation Class
If you are likely to give birth by cesarean or, if you would like information on positive cesareans just in case, Preparing for a Cesarean gives expectant parents a range of options to consider as they get ready for the healthiest birth and start to parenting possible.
The course will cover cesarean basics; gentle cesareans; options such as in-labor cesareans, microbial swabs, skin to skin during and after a cesarean; partner support, coping strategies, tips for recovery, breastfeeding after a cesarean and more.
